Pomegranate Raita
I love curd as much as I love water. Give me a bowl full of curd and I don’t need anything else for the meal. I made this raita as an accompaniment to the spicy caramelized onion pilaf whose recipe will be coming soon in another post. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
Ingredients
- Thick plain yogurt – 1 cup
- Pomegranate kernel – 1/2 cup
- Masala boondi – 1/2 cup
- Black salt – to taste
- Paprika – to taste
- Water – 1/3 cup
Methos
Whisk yogurt for a couple of minutes using a spatula. Add water and mix again. Add in all the ingredients and serve chilled.
